RETURN / SHIPPING POLICY
All orders placed on www.tonjaconcept.ch will ship within 3 business days pending item availability and payment verification. Orders will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Once Tonja concept has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.Tonja concept is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation.
IN-STORE PICK UP
Orders are processed within 3 business days days pending item availability and payment verification. Orders will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
An email notification will tell you when your item will be ready for pick-up. Hours available to pick-up are currently 10am-6 pm M-F, call ahead with any questions
For international orders, every country has their own shipping rules and regulations that restrict certain items.
Please take some time to refer to the list of items restricted by your country before placing your order.
If you decide to refuse a shipment, Tonja concept will not grant refunds of any kind. Tonja concept cannot be held responsible for packages held in customs or for any customs duties owed.
*Please note all orders over CHF 450 will ship with signature required.
GIFT RETURN POLICY
We are happy to make return arrangements for any items received as a gift within seven days of the date it was received. We will issue an e-gift card, which will be sent to you via email. The e-gift card will not expire. We do not offer refunds.
To make arrangements to return items received as a gift, please contact us at Welcome@tonjaconcept.ch.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.
